If you've sold a home before then you're prepared for the emotional undertaking that you are about to endure and trust me when I tell you, Jesse will let you get sleep at night through this process. If this is your first time selling your house, as it was mine, then let me prepare you. All the stories are true. I greatly underestimated the complexities that came through this process. Jesse would tell me "Call me and ask me anything, don't sit with your anxiety. That's what I'm here for." Sometimes I would call and in the most calming way he would explain the next steps, the possible avenues, and the best way to proceed, (even if it was the 3rd time he had explained it- same positive calming voice). He never blew any smoke, or tried to make things look like they weren't. He was always honest. Sometimes he would call and check in because he knew I was too nervous to call him. Read that again. My realtor would call me to make sure I felt comfortable in the process of selling the home I raised my kids in. That's HUGE. Not only does Jesse hold a plethora of knowledge of the market and the area of Spokane's trends, he should also have an honorary degree in counseling in the way he is able to navigate his client's mental health during this hugely stressful time. Don't get stuck with a realtor who isn't going to inspect the ride and go on it with you. Ride with Jesse!

I bought and sold simultaneously. The realtor that sold my house has been my realtor for several houses. She told me that she would find the perfect realtor for me when I was buying out of the area. When she introduced me to Jesse, she nailed it. He is a bulldog in the realtor world. He fought for us every time we put in an offer on a house. He gave us lots of advice and tips to maximize our chances of getting our offer accepted. He went above and beyond in every situation.
